1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FurFreak (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Product Description
FurFreak provides AI-generated custom cards cards featuring your pet’s image. We deliver digital designs printed on-demand and shipped globally. Final printed products may differ slightly from digital previews due to printing processes.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in USD by default. Prices in other currencies are for reference only. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided by our printing partners and may vary by region. FurFreak is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant FurFreak a limited license to use your uploaded images for the sole purpose of generating your custom products. All AI-generated designs are for personal use only.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Since each product is custom-made for you, we generally do not accept refunds once an order has been sent to production. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
