Every deck is custom-printed just for you. We stand behind our print quality. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Eligible for Full Refund
- ✓Print defects (visible smearing, incorrect colors, blurry images)
- ✓Shipping damage (cards bent, box crushed)
- ✓Wrong item delivered
- ✓Order lost in transit (after 30 days past estimated delivery)
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✕Personal preference (not liking the AI art style chosen at creation)
- ✕Errors in the pet photos you uploaded
- ✕Change of mind after production has started
- ✕Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
How to Request a Refund
- 1Email support@furfreak.com with your order number.
- 2Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- 3We will respond within 2 business days.
- 4Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Reprint vs. Refund
In many cases we will offer a free reprint instead of a refund. If you prefer a reprint, just let us know and we will rush a new deck at no cost.
Marketplace Sales
Decks purchased through the FurFreak Marketplace follow the same print-quality guarantee. The seller's 90% earnings are held for 7 days to cover any refund window.
