Our Commitment

Every deck is custom-printed just for you. We stand behind our print quality. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Print defects (visible smearing, incorrect colors, blurry images)
  • Shipping damage (cards bent, box crushed)
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order lost in transit (after 30 days past estimated delivery)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Personal preference (not liking the AI art style chosen at creation)
  • Errors in the pet photos you uploaded
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Email support@furfreak.com with your order number.
  2. 2Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. 3We will respond within 2 business days.
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Reprint vs. Refund

In many cases we will offer a free reprint instead of a refund. If you prefer a reprint, just let us know and we will rush a new deck at no cost.

Marketplace Sales

Decks purchased through the FurFreak Marketplace follow the same print-quality guarantee. The seller's 90% earnings are held for 7 days to cover any refund window.
